Cell phones, 2-way radios, scanners, beepers, video cameras, electronic games, radios, iPods, mp3 players, and other electronics are not permitted in school.
Students using these items in school will face disciplinary action that may include suspension, detention and possible disciplinary transfer. The first time a student is caught with an electronic device, it will be confiscated and held for 30 days.
After 30 days, a parent/guardian who is listed as such in the student file may pick it up. At the time of pickup, the parent/guardian must sign a statement attesting to their understanding that the next violation of the electronics policy will result in the device being confiscated and kept until the last day of school in June 2020. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Please be advised that Kensington CAPA High School will not be liable for any item that has been confiscated by school police or administration that has been lost or stolen. The school will NOT pay to replace any lost or stolen items.
