Minds Matter of Philadelphia Overview + Application
Minds Matter isa three-year college access program for high-achieving high school students from low income families. The program offers 150+ hours of in-person tutoring in math, writing, critical thinking, and ACT preparation, 185+ hours of additional in-class support provided by our mentors, free college summer programs, and access to college scholarships.
